New Exam Requisition to Save Time

Borg Imaging is in the process of distributing a new requisition for diagnostic imaging examinations to help simplify ordering and scheduling for your patients.
A new red and white requisition replaces the blue one and is used for Contrast/GI/Fluro, DEXA, Breast Imaging, Ultrasound, MRI, CT and X-ray. If you haven't gotten a supply of the new requisitions (they come 100 sheets to a pad), please call us at 271-0401. We'll be happy to get some to you. Also, please be sure you discard the old requisitions.
