National Oncologic PET Registry and Borg Imaging

Through the National Oncologic PET Registry (NOPR), Borg Imaging is working with referring physicians to obtain Medicare coverage for PET/CT examinations previously not covered by this insurance.
The NOPR for has been organized to assess the effect of PET/CT on referring physicians' plans of intended patient management for those cancers and indications not currently eligible for reimbursement from Medicare. When referring physicians complete a Pre-Scan and Post-Scan form and submit it to Borg Imaging, Borg Imaging will register patients with the NOPR, submit the Pre-and Post-Scan data and bill Medicare for reimbursement.
