CT Suites
The three CT Scanners in use at Borg Imaging
produce diagnostic images by combining advanced X-ray machines using low-dose
radiation with specially programmed computers to obtain a series of images of
specific body parts. These images or “slices” provide thin cross-sectional
views of the body parts that are read by the radiologist.
Our CT Scanners provide up-to-date helical/multidetector technology for exquisite
anatomic detail and an ability to create both 2D and 3D reformatted images.
Nantucket SuiteThe Nantucket Suite, which houses our LightSpeed CT unit, is themed as a cottage porch complete with seascape, trellises and cottage facade. The porch, American flag and rattan furniture provide an environment which is inviting as well as comfortable. |

Open Air SuiteLocated at 400 Red Creek Drive, Borg Imaging’s newest CT Suite provides diagnostic imaging services to referring physicians and their patients. This is where all our virtual colonoscopies for colorectal cancer screening are performed. The Open Air Suite is unique in that it's windows let in outside light to create a vibrant "open air" and relaxing atmosphere. |

Lattimore CT SuiteThis suite features a General Electric CT Scanner with state-of-the-art 3D imaging software to diagnose conditions more quickly and accurately. The unit is used for a variety of examinations including the head, abdomen and extremities such as the wrist, knees and elbows. A unique feature of the unit is its ability to scan thicker slices of specific anatomy and to reconstitute them as thinner slices to reduce overall patient exposure to x-ray and scan time. |
