Our schedulers are ready to schedule your examinations at a time that is convenient to you. Please note: Appointments for our services at the Lifetime Health Centers are for Lifetime Health Members only.
We are fully HIPAA compliant and personal identifying information is encrypted and your message will not be internally or externally forwarded to other third parties. No personally identifying information is sent by e-mail. We will respond to your request within 24 hours, Monday-Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. If you do not hear from us within that timeframe, please contact us by phone at (585) 271-0401.
If you are picking up your films, you will be asked for identification at time of pickup.
