Our History
The Borg Imaging Group, LLP is a locally founded group of Board Certified Diagnostic Radiologists dedicated to providing high quality medical imaging exams in a caring environment.
Since our founding in 1983, by physicians Seth Borg, M.D. and Christine Kurland, M.D., our practice has grown considerably because of the variety and high quality of the diagnostic imaging services that we offer and the manner in which we provide them. Today, with seven locations and thirteen radiologists, we continue to focus on clinical excellence and compassionate patient care.Our Mission

Continuous Improvement
Continuous improvement is a trademark at Borg Imaging. It enables us to do things better, faster and more efficiently. The results are improved care for our patients and better healthcare in general. We are the only Diagnostic Imaging Center in the region to recieve the ESA (Empire State Advantage) Silver Certificate for quality processes and continuous improvement. Our leadership in diagnostic imaging such as being the first to bring Open MRI Imaging to the area as well as providing digital mammography exclusivley throughout the practice, are technological innovations that help to improve diagnostic outcomes. Now our leading edge Virtual Colonoscopy procedure is providing life saving colorectal cancer screening to numerous patients previously unable to undergo a traditional colonoscopy.
We design and consistently update our offices with patient comfort in mind and were the first in the region to offer “themed” MRI and CT suites to allay patient anxiety during those exams.
Our Staff is highly skilled and highly trained, consistently updating their technical and patient centered skills.
Our physicians participate in many training programs and also offer many programs locally for physicians and other health care providers.
